Are all PS9 ecu's chipable?

just curious. or are they like the pm6's and only the 90-91 ecu's are chipable?

also is there a way to tell by the serial/model number what year the computer was made?

1) Yes.

2) No, but the date should be stamped in blue on the case.

yes they are all chipable?

i'm kinda at a loss as to what info i'm given. I'm looking at computers on the net and about all i'm given is the number string thats like XXX-XXX-ps9-XXX nothing much else.
