Default chipable ECU

is this thing chipable?
for some reason i guess it is not al least it looks like not, but it says 91.04
If so what do you suggest to use for Engine management?
Or should I find another PM6 that is chaipable and use it?

thanks

thanks, I was pretty confused with the date stamp on the ECU,
I'll give it a try anyway hoping I won't fry it - soldering iron hates me and vice versa.
There is one more thing that bothers me - this is ECU that uses IMA sensor (Intake Manifold Adjustment or someting like that), but no O2 sensor and no cata in ex pipe.
Will I be able to log O2 sensor readings via ECU that stock came with no O2 sensor, or I will fry the ECU?

Thanks
