I disagree with that the most. If you disassembled the rom AFTER uberdata gets its hands on it, you'll see it adds quite a bit of code, moves tables around (enlarges for boost interpolation) and some other minor things.

As far as a basetune ya.. that is probobly a SOUND enough idea. Don't kid yourself though, uberdata is adding boost tables... thats what those extra 5 columns are for!! Also realize that you're probobly going to be damn rich with an effiecently of 120
