mine idles and starts better than stock with 450cc and smc 500... my idle set at 41% correction... stock idle... stock transition to boost and stock feel of boost and no boost
guess what... i get better mileage with 450cc and i boost OFTEN...

Few questions:
Will 8AN SS fuel line in and factory return line coming out cause fuel to back up? I know the return line doesn't hold much pressure but just want to make sure that isn't the problem.
Can anyone send me or post a website where they have a AFC install ECU wiring diagram for a 95 B18B1 OBD1?
I am running the 450cc injectors with the 10 watt 10ohm resistors. Could this be the problem? Or could my injectors be clogged and in need of cleaning and balancing?

ok .. lets take a step back here...
1. A stuck injector or a too small of a return line would not cause a MAP CEL would it?
2. An incorrectly installed of setup AFC would not lower the psi enough or at all and throw a MAP CEL.

Well not exactly. I know a few people who feel the same way. Anyway, I rechecked my wires and my MAP wasn't hooked up right with the SAFC...Yeah I know dumb *** mistake. :P
But I am still throwing CEL's. At full throttle the cell comes on around 4500rpms and the EGT's soar to 1000degrees F. Normal Interstate driving at 3000rpms EGT's are 800degrees F. 3500rpms is 900-950F. The cell came on at 8psi so I tried 6psi and it still comes on.
Hi settings are

800 to 2600 -31
3000 -21
3600 -19
4000 -17
4600 -15
5000 to 5600 -13
6000 to 7200 -10
I am at sea level with temps around 90 and humidity up to 120%. Any richer and the car starts sputtering. Any suggestions?

whats your air/fuel look like? sounds to me like you are running WAY too rich. even at 8psi. if i remember correctly, at 10 psi most people dont go any richer than -20%. in fact, i think most people at 10-12psi stay in the low 30%'s.

look at everybody elses settings... then look at yours. everybody has different settings for different setups, but yours is REALLY rich...much richer than anybody elses.
