It throw's a CEL cause....your map is sensing atmospheric pressure...that means the voltage to your map isn't low enough...That's because you have your AFC at around -20%...what do you expect....off coarse you'll get a CEL the more you lean out the AFC the more boost you can RUN before you get a CEL...I don't think you know what the AFC hack actually does....read some more about the AFC hack...and about your EGT getting so high...well it does point out to be running lean, but it could be that you're running to rich too...I wouldn't rely only on an egt or only on a A/F gauge if you have problems with tuning...just hook both up and see.

Cel is solved. I found that I was getting a CEL from running too lean . Yeah, I know my settings mean way too rich but the AFC wasn't doing enough so I upped the fuel pressure. I am now running 8psi with no CEL but my fuel pressure is at 54psi. Yeah yeah, I know it sounds sick but it works.

It now drives very smooth. I will tune for 10psi next. I think I am getting close to maxing out the 450cc injectors. I think the T3/T4 is flowing way more air than the stock fuel pressure can handle.

New settings are
rpms Low High
800 -25 -31
1400 -36 -31
2000 -39 -31
2600 -38 -31
3000 -40 -26
3600 -40 -32
4000 -41 -34
4600 -41 -35
5000 -41 -34
5600 -38 -35
6000 -38 -34
7000 -38 -32

What is the max pressure 450cc can take?

YES I UNDERSTAND!!! With my fuel pressure at 46psi with the vacuum line on, I am still running a little fat.

Anyone here with adjustable fuel pressure regulators should know what I am talking about.

I understand man...the air that the T3/T4 is pushing in must be a lot...you're probably making a lot of power now.
What kind of T3/T4 you got?

Buddy, I think your lost. There is no reason for you to raise your pressure when running 450's and VAFC. The VAFC is all you need for basic management unless you want to add a BTM.

Instead of raising the pressure you increase your number from -35 to -30. That will increase the amount of fuel. Raising the pressure on the system isn't the smartest thing to do since nothing was manufactured for it.

Also I think you should read some old posts on tuning because your settings look very odd. They should be increasing with engine revolutions not apexing in the middle.

If you want more help give us a complete set of what your running.

Engine, injectors, fuel pump, ignition, ECU, Piggyback etc...

What turbo are you running? What engine do you have?

Yes, I have spent countless hours reading the forum and spent countless hours trying to tune with you guys settings and they don't work for my application.

Who else on the forum is running a Bseries engine with a T3/T4B 60trim 60 AR compressor, 900HP spearco intercooler, mega fuel upgrades, MSD, ...ect ect.

I am not boasting or downplaying anyone's setup but no one on the forum has my exact setup. In fact I don't know anyone period with my setup; no one local nor on the internet.

I am running 10psi right now and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gears spin like I am not even moving. 4th gear spins the entire time and never really gets traction until like 98-100mph and then 5th gear really pulls. None of these pulls were from a dead stop. All of these pulls were from at interstate speeds at a roll in each gear. No power shifting.

I am not bullshitting you and have no reason to lie. This is my first ever turbo project that I did 4years of research and gathering parts before I started. Yes I did my homework and yes I have an extensive background in automotive mechanics. I am not some punk *** that has a bag of money and lets a shop build my car and rape me. I spent 14hrs a day nonstop from May until August. I saved up alot of money and dedicated this entire summer to building the car. No help from anyone cause down here in New Orleans no one knows jackshit about imports and if they do, they just know ---- from trial and error; meaning blowing 2motors a month for 4 years.

I don't know what kind of power I am making right now because the closest dyno is about 100 miles from me and I don't have a trailor to bring the car. The closest track from here is about 130miles from here so thats not happening soon either.

I'll keep you guys posted on progress.

Yeah, but Abaz is running Zdyne and a B20vtec or LSVtec. Also, here in New Orleans we have 140% humidity at 95 degrees F everyday. It feels like a hot sauna in the shade and a broiler in the sun. If you can imagine a swamp; that's how it feels down here. And we are below sea level.

I think my climate maybe the reason why my AFC settings sound strange.
