Uhhh... hide the injectors somehow.

Has to stay DPFI intake, DX for ITB, STD for ITC. Since the "choke" plate is a "carb adapter" the larger DX one can be used. It then comes down to the camshaft as the only real difference between the motors.
ITC have to run the 4 speed tranny, ITB get the 5 speed DX tranny, FD is only thing allowed to be changed inside the tranny. Must keep stock flywheel.
ITB also has to carry an extra 110 lbs. The extra 10 whp difference between the motors is offset by the weight.

Also the hat can be removed since it is an "air filter housing"
A good 6-8 whp is gained by filing in the MPFI injector notches in the head with Devcon.
Honestly, I'd love to through my D15B7 combo into one of thier cars, easy 20-25 whp over what they are making.

CAI is illegal for example, but there is a gray area.
92-95 dizzy is illegal to use for a OBD-1 conversion, but it you put the guts into a OBD-O housing it's legal.
Improved Touring is basiccally a "STOCK" class for older cars.
