Default 450cc and VAFC screwed up by FMU?

I have a Vortech FMU(12:1 i think) and an inline pump. If I put some 450cc's on with a VAFC to controll them, do I HAVE to take the FMU off, or can I leave it on? Will it screw with my settings for the VAFC?

Basically, if i do 450cc and VAFC, is it ok to leave the FMU on?

Yes remove that thing. Unless it's a 1:1 it is going to cause you problems. Way too much fuel to start out with.

Since it was already on the car to begin with, is it hard to take off?
