2 managment questions...
1. If I dont have VTEC on my D16, can I still run a VAFC? (the reason I ask is b/c I can get a good deal on a used one).
2. The greddy kits for the 92-95 civics are going for pretty cheap right now. Is it feasible / possible to put one of those on my D16y7? I know the blue box wont work, but isnt it possible to convert my OBD II to OBD I?

Yes, you just won't connect the VTec wire.

Yes. If you want to convert just use a conversion harness (normally about $125-$175 depending on how makes it). And if I remember correctly, you wouldn't have to use the blue box, most GReddy kits I have seen use a rising rate fuel pressure regulator as means of "management".
