No, I know what it is, Why do you ask if I'm using it with the 2.5bar map? What difference will it make of burning the ROM to a chip?

Oh...no relation really. Its just the fuel 'curve' remains the same generally. You should be able to do very global changes to your old maps to synch them between the map sensors...using the Ostrich and doing it in real time shows this and makes for much quicker and easier tuning in my opinion.

Ya, I would luv Real TIme, but I burn basic Stock maps for some guys with swaps locally, and still need a basic burner. Maybe next season I maybe running Real TIme when I really could benifit from it.
