The msd 6a series relies on an input trigger from a distributor. Each individual coil on the electronic ignition setup receives it's own seperate trigger to fire. Might be able to do it with 4 individual msd boxes and 4 individual external coils :1 Leave your coils alone...trust me, you don't want to ---- with them.
