on the 02 civic si can you use an msd external blaster coil and msd 6al ignition. there are individual coils to each cylinder on the k20a3. so is this possible to use.

think about that for a second...................... so you already have 4 high powered coils on your car........ wtf would you put ONE more on it? how the ---- you think that is gonna work? there is ABSOLUTELY no reason for you to touch the ignition system on that car...

The msd 6a series relies on an input trigger from a distributor. Each individual coil on the electronic ignition setup receives it's own seperate trigger to fire. Might be able to do it with 4 individual msd boxes and 4 individual external coils :1 Leave your coils alone...trust me, you don't want to ---- with them.
