Ok it sounded simple but I bet you'll be transferred at least twice.
Na more like 10 times, and be prepared to be put on hold. I spent about 1 1/2hrs on the phone yesterday just trying to find out what the hell was going on with my claim I filed back in October. They just kept transferring me back and forth to the same damn departments.

Sprint has done that to me a few times. Each month I had to call and tell them to credit my account. One guy tried telling me I wasn't signed up for texts. I was signed up for MONTHS prior to that and have proof on my bills. He was just trying to ---- me over. I still wonder how many people they ---- over like that on a regular basis and nobody ever notices.

Cingular got me twice.

1) I signed up and they had a option that was $10 extra and was free incoming calls (was a few years back). Got my first bill and was like $2XX. Called them up and asked what was going on? Told me that I went over my min. Checked my plan and said there was no free incoming calls. Went back to look at my contract and the guy forgot to write it on. So I go back to him and hes like ah man I'm sorry. Let me fix it. Calls them up, they say sorry we don't know what your talking about. We have never offered that. We both had seen it in a brochure! Was the end of my cingular account for about 3 years.

2) I was in my calling area. Hell was in the city I signed up in, have excellent coverage here. Get a bill that is like $300. Was like WTF! Had 600 anytime mine=used 4XX. Unlimited night/weekend=used 2XXX. Peak time roaming charges=$260

I called and was like, "uh why am I being charged peak time/roaming charges. I didn't use my peak minutes and I was not roaming. Even still I had a free roaming plan".

Them: "well looks like you were bouncing off of Verizons tower so you have to pay those charges since it connected to their tower".

Me: "well they didn't tell me that they charge for this when I signed up. Also is there any way to tell?"

Them: "there is no way to tell, and it's worked into the contract that you signed."

Me: "---- you" click

Wait a few months...they ended up letting me pay like $200 just to get their money. I will NEVER use Cingular again.

Ours are out of the city I live in and my mom lives accross the state. No problem as long as you have the free long distance. Might want to check on that. And yeah unlimited text is $15 per line unless you have family plan.

T-mobile eats mycrxs ***. Thats who my work uses and it sucks compared to my personal Cingular phone/service. They have crappy phones, service, and shitty plans. Plus Catherine Zeta Jones **** are saggy.
