tmobile fuck up

placed an order online didnt get a confirmation page.. called them up and they told me it didnt go through and that they could set it upp for me :1 i just got two different confirmation emails.. and both orders placed so i get two phones shipped out to me and double billed for 140 a month :1 sweet.. now do i get the phone and claim i never got it? will they even let me cancel the order i placed online :1 |
