that's on a d16a6, the y7 thermo/coolant sensors should be on the head and thermostat housing.

sorry no pics

but it is a y7 block with a y8 head. to be exact its to the left of the center intake manifold bolt.its a 96 dx civic. got the y7 block for free from a guy in atlanta when i bought some doors from him i saw them and was like hmm i need a few of them and he gave me one with the purchase of the doors. lol rockin ---- there huh.lol it was in good condition 60k miles and i dissasembled it and reinserted eagle rods and srp pistons. will be running before xmas hopefully and will be recieving 550 injectors soon cant wait just need to figure this sensor deal out. i have a p28 with crome so if its a knock sensor i can dissable it rite but does it need to be pluged in still? lol. this is my first build and have ben lurkin and learnin.
also if it is a knock sensor does the f22 non vtec have a knock sensor. i know it doenst have one on hte back of the block cuz i looked today. if its a coolent sensor it has 2 of them. im hoping its a coolant sensor. and i still wish i woulda pulled it out of the block then and atleast looked at it.

hell i almost forgot about the crank angle sensor. would it have ben hard to diagnose that? luckily i just happened to remember one belongs on there lol.
