your worried about the tar and your going to dynamat the car? that ***** heavy and expensive!! oh well, maybe you just have rust repairs to do.

I took a construction knife and made a waffle pattern in it. Every line was like 1/4 inch apart. After that I used a scraper blade and the ---- just chipped off in little squares. Just take the knife and start slashing it like you're a crazy mass murderer.

gasoline works wonders..........

110 octane leaded takes the tar right up!

trust me if i could i would just put the dynomat over it but its got some cancer here and there manly around the hatch/gas door latch thats why im pulling up the tar dont want it to rust through isnt that bad yet figure ill fix it noe instead of welding in a new floor pan later
