How do you guys make a clean cut removal of the plastic grill of the crx or civic. Got a clean civic with good paint job and want to remove the grill to place a starion intercooler in but don't want it to look like crap.

just take a sharp blade and cut it off around the edges, making it as flush as possible to the existing surface, then runa heat gun or propane torch over it to smooth it out and turn and bend colors back to black.
