Clutch: Sprung or Unsprung?
what is the difference in a clutch that has a sprung disc or unsprung disc. i know that obviously the sprung ones has little springs on them but how does it compare when driving? does one have a way harder feel? which is better for daily driver/track?

Sprung clutch discs absorb the clutch chatter that you get with an unsprung clutch disc. I'm running an unsprung in my Integra and I barely notice any chatter. Once you get to know how the clutch is going to want to be driven, you'll have no problem with clutch chatter.

Same clutch I'm running too. I bought mine from him. I have a hydraulic clutch so I really don't notice a difference in the ammount of pedal force it takes to hold the pedal down. It might be different with a cable type clutch though.
If your worried about it, I'd go with the sprung kit for a daily driven car.

Yeah I got the unpsrung clutch from him to....I think trance and me or the first ones to get it .
I have a Hydro tranny .... so the pedal is smooth as silk.
I bet it's a bit harder with a cable tranny
