Here let's make this simple, I've attached the zoomed/cropped phone pic but you should be able to tell what version it is.
Am I safe or do I need to get the 2nd version hardware?
It's not on yet :P Doug is supposed to help rip the z6 block out of my totalled crx this weekend since the z6 some dickbag on h-t sold me had a spun/shredded bearing. Battery relocation, turbo fitment, etc etc next weekend, might even have time to rebuild the block!

You can't tell with that pic.
Let me make this a little clearer if I could...
Where the other bars (not the one in your pic) attach to the lower control arm is the major design flaw of the first version bars. The 2nd gen attachers to the LCA have two bolts per side, wheras the 1st gen setup had one per side.
If you have the first gen hardware, wait on installing it till you have the new stuff. My friend almost lost his crx to the 1st gen hardware failing.
