Default Traction Bars... Are they worth it?

I was looking around on ebay and I saw this. I was curious if anyone has ever used them and even if they help all that much. I mean it is a $200 part which isnt outrageous but if they suck then why bother. If anyone has used them or know anything about them please enlighten me with your experiences.

I talked to a guy who bought some but didn't install them. He said he paid like $300 for them so $200 is definately a much more reasonable price.

Damn 160! Thats a pretty good price cause the Jimfab setup is nowhere that cheap or any of the other traction bars. I've only heard good stuff about them no matter what brand they are.
