Default Help identifying my turbo - AiResearch M10, T25 flange, .48/.63

This is my first turbo build and I picked up this turbo pretty cheap. I have a Zetec Focus and am shooting for 200-230 WHP with my build. This is a street car and I'd like to have quick spool and good low end power. Will this turbo get me to those numbers? Here's what I know about it;

-Housing says AIRESEARCH M10

-Stampings are .48/.63

-Rebuilt and unused, still has Garrett factory rebuild tags on it

-Garrett part number tag says 466204-9001 - I found one link that says this is a 1984-85 Pontiac Sunbird part number, but I looked up the gasket for the Sunbird and the downpipe flange is different.

-I measured the inlet flange and it is a T25
