WTT4/WTB Jackson Racing Supercharger for D-Series

I have an LS/Vtec setup that includes a B16 head that was torn down to clean and just hasn't got back together yet, B18A complete block, and USDM GSR Pistons. I am willing to trade all of this for a SOHC Jackson Racing Supercharger.

Re: WTT4/WTB Jackson Racing Supercharger for D-Series

don't feel like putting it together and I've never had a supercharged honda anything.

Re: WTT4/WTB Jackson Racing Supercharger for D-Series

Why not just turbo? You can get a small turbo and make the same power (or more if you want) with instant torque too. A turbo is sooo much more efficient than a supercharger. I have a T25 D-series set-up I'd consider trading you for the ls/vtec if you're close or just sell it for a good price.

Re: WTT4/WTB Jackson Racing Supercharger for D-Series

Yeah I know I've had 2 turbo single cams but I don't want that in my daily driver. I want to give a supercharger a try.

Turbo spool, WG dump, and BOV sounds>light supercharger whine from a small and low boost JR charger for a small displacement Honda.

Re: WTT4/WTB Jackson Racing Supercharger for D-Series

Okay guys to clear something up here. I have a built LS for turbo right now, it will be running an HX35 Holset charger, 3" downpipe and exhaust, crower 404's, and alot more ---- including a Tune on my AEM EMS. I have had a 92 SI hatch with a t25, a 95 CX hatch with a D16Z6 T3 eBay kit which blew up and I replaced with a B20 same kit new manifold, and a slew of other civic most with Nitrous and one very strong LS/Vtec. I have never had a supercharged honda and I know they suck but it would definitely be faster than a stock single cam and if I can trade my LS/Vtec stuff for an easier setup that doesn't require me putting a motor together then I'll do it. I consider myself a a die hard Honda Fanatic but I just cannot down superchargers to other people if I hadn't personally experienced one myself. I just want to be able to say I tried it. Then if I don't like it I'll sell it and get another turbo kit.

This is my current project and its nearing completion. Fully built LS, Wiseco Pistons with ceramic coating, Eagle rods, Micropolished, balanced, and knifed-edged crank, Moroso 5.5qt full race oil pan with baffles, cometic head gasket, ARP head studs, Ferrea Stainless Steel valves, KMS dual valve springs with chromoly retainers, Crower 404 cams, GReddy timing belt, GSR oil and water pumps, Edelbrock Victor X manifold, AEM fuel rail and AEM regulator,Venom 680cc injectors supplied from a Walbro 255lph pump, custom manifold from MP Racing Development in Vegas (Jet Hot heat coating from AMS), HX35/40 hybrid charger, Tial 38 mm wastegate w/ 12 pound spring, Spearco intercooler core w/ custom end tanks, Turbonetics Raptor Blow off valve, Custom intercooler piping from SRE, Competition Clutch 10lbs flywheel, ACT 4-puck stage 5 clutch, 97 GSR transmission w/ OBX cryo treated LSD, (5)Energy Suspension mount inserts, APEX'i N1 full Cat Back, Koyo Aluminum Radiator, tuned on an AEM EMS by Jared @ JDM:Jared Deskins Motorsports on 18 pounds. Currently I'm waiting on the body shop to finish with the paint and the new motor will be in there. I won't go into detail about all the mods to the chassis as I'm sure it won't matter that much but its an EG hatch. I don't have any pics of the other cars on anything digital so they're not on here and I have sold them off or traded them. You see NOS and Supercharger and think thats just gay but when I see them I see the history of our import scene. The only thing gay I see in this post is your spelling and your infatuation with trying sex with a guy. The point is I have done almost everything you can think of when it comes to Honda and I'd like to be able to keep saying that so I keep trying new things. Thats how this industry grows so that little pricks like you can have your opinions about whats better than what. So go flame someone else because I am far from a Noob when it comes to this stuff.

Thats a pretty bad ass build! I love the billet Kaizenspeed balance shaft block off! My motor went 11.4's on Azenis in an EK, but I prefer EG's so I bought one and when it gets back from the shop it will go in that. It weighs in at a full 600 lbs lighter so I'm thinking 10's are in reach. It only made 486 WHP and 412 lbs/ft of torque. I've upgraded some things so we'll see how it goes this season. My power was made on stock sleeves :y

Yeah my tuner said I have a Wednesday motor. I thought it was high for a boosted B series too. If I can find the Dyno sheets I'll scan them at work. I just moved so I'm not really sure where they are. Shouldn't be too hard to find though cause I framed them with a pics of the car and motor.
