Epic failure. A TEO4H is a Mitsu 13c which means it barely outflows a queef. Even worse is it comes on a minivan. I wouldn't even weld on a wastegate flange in trade for that turbo. A 14b is like a 60-1 compared to that disposable nonsense. I bought one off Egay for $10 a few years ago and it's still in a box somewhere in my abyss of parts.
