Good luck with your choice of cast pistons. I hear Honda's come stock with cast, so they must be good, right?

Unrourtunetly they are cast but done with way better materials than the stock honda pistons are and as a bonus are different compression ratios. Too bad u post on here without doing your homework first. Also i'd rather not spend 300 dollars on pistons for an sohc motor when i can pick up a whole engine for around the same price. Thanks though for the help and way to welcome me to these awsome forums. Hopefully someone else can be helpful because i have heard good things about these forums.

Oh, I'm the one who hasn't done the research? Ok dude, I'll educate you. That "bonus" you speak of drops the compression down to a rediculously low level. ~7:1 compression on a 1.6 liter 4 cylinder is not cool. Oh, but you can just crank the boost up and that will make up for it! Oh yeah, that's an awesome idea. Your pistons are sitting a few milimeters down into the cylinder with this magical "bonus" compression they have so now you're combustion is occuring down in the cylinder, instead of in the "combustion chamber" where it should be happening. Ok, let's just forget all about that. We're going to run high boost on these "CAST" pistons because they can handle super high heat and super high boost levels! Yeah, that's the ticket!

You registered your account today, you posted 2 questions so far about looking for Vitara pistons. You have contributed nothing and obviously haven't searched at all because the information you are looking for has been posted. Don't act like I should be spoon feeding your *** with information instead of you doing a little homework/research and finding the information yourself.

well maybe you should read my post then because i am not looking for information about them, im looking for where to buy them, i didnt ask your opinion about them i just asked if anyone knows where to buy them. and yes i have looked on this forum and have not found what im looking for which is WHERE TO BUY THEM...oh yea...and im not a dude

Like I said, if you would have searched you would have found it. Hell, you posted in one of the threads where it said to get them.
