wtb: t3 compressor housing bolts ASAP!!

i need some (three to be exact) of the little bolts that you loosen to rotate the compressor housing, they're the really short ones, the washers would be nice too, but mostly just need the bolts.

Check a bolt shop. Look in the phone book under fasteners. We have a shop near me that has never let me down. Worth a shot anyway.

If you can find that right thread and pitch etc, buy the bolts and the nuts to go with them. Then, take them home, thread the nut onto the bolt, cut the bolt off to the desired lenght and then remove the nut to clean out the threads from the cut. This should work.

Oh yea, I am pretty sure it would be obvious, but make sure you get a grade of bolt that can withstand the temperatures that it will be subjected to. I guess they are not really going to be in a high stress situation, but they could become brittle and break from vibration or whatever.

they are usually the same thread and pitch as the larger outside ones... home depot carries them I think they are metric bolts usually 8 mm if im not mistaken...

when i get home ill post up what I am pretty sure shuld fit it... bring the turbo to homedepot and when pople arent lookin open the bag a lil and screw em in to make sure...

im fairly sure home depot shuld have em tho!

look in the yellow pages under "industrial fasteners" or just "fasteners" or "bolts". there should be something in your area...they would have a much larger selection than home depot. they should be able to find exactly what you need.....
