What do you mean a lot of cutting and welding?
It depends on your setup, but obviously your going to have to cut and weld unless your you buy a prefabbed kit.

If you dont want to weld anything, connect it all with couplers and clamps. My 36" coupler tube will allow for you to cut out 12 3" long couplers which is more than enough to connect all of your charge piping.

And you wont find a better price anywhere.
