WTB Junkyard turbo system I have my turbo but i need pretty much everything else.. I would like to do some bigger injectors and i know i need an FMU. I need a front mount intercooler and a BOV. The BOV needs to be loud! I am looking for either a t3 flanged manifold or an HF style that i can fabricat an adapter plate for. I am running an almost stock D16Z6. wow you need to do a who lot of research befor you even attempt this...
when your only specification for a bov is it needs to be loud your buying your ticket for the fail boat... i am curious to what turbo you have i might have to take it off your hands and save it

IV got a crushed 1g dsm bov. Or a greddy type s bov

 

Wow.. so rather than being a Doucher.. you could explain the finer points of BOV tech to me.. A bov is used to release the access pressure in the charge pipe In turn preventing Compressor surge.. SO i realize that there is a different PSI level at which different BOVs expel the access pressure.. but are most of them not adjustable?

And when someone spouts off a random number and doesnt include what the item is.. Especially to a guy who has always run Carbs.. Just to make sure i know what the hell im getting my self into.. i may ask a dumb question or two..
