i have an extremely low miles jdm d15b vtec distributor with cap, seems to be very clean and and excellent condition, i used an si distributor, so i pulled this one off of my jdm before i swapped it in
i will sell it for $80 shipped

Purchase of whole unit is pending parts ordered.
The problem with mine wasn't the o-ring or thin washers. It was the internal bushing and seal.
I found a place that sells the distributor bushing and another that sells the internal distributor seal.
Ordered and waiting.
