i am in need on a d16a6 driverside mount bracket. the cast iron piece that bolts to the block and then the mount bolts to that. it looks like this (i dont know what either of these came from, but i need one from a d16a6)

If that one on the right with 2 studs and a bolt hole has 2 holes that mount it to the block.

i dont have either of those. it was a pic i found on google just to give an idea of what i need since i didnt know what to call it. i only have z6 brackets

Top one is A6 mount and the other is off a D15B7, do you see the difference?

Are you using an ef body or eg?

i have an eg with an a6 block in it. the z6 mount works ok, but it ***** the mount funny and because of that the engine sits a little too high and i cant put my p/s bracket on

so, after some research, it seems that i need a d15b7 bracket and not an a6.

It looks like I am going to have to make one to be perfect. I can't find any solid info on which bracket to use with an a6 block on an eg.
