WTB: Complete D16 Turbo kit
Hi, im looking for a turbo kit for my civic si 93. Engine is a D16Z6. I have 600 - 700$ to put in a setup including shipping ( i live near Montreal in Canada). My goal are to boost 6-7 psi cause my internal are stock for the moment. The turbo must be in good condition.
I want a kit that i can bolt to my car without any or very few mods i need my power steering although. I want a complete kit that i wont need anything else: manifold, turbo with an internal wastegate, downpipe, an intercooler, intercooler piping, bov, injectors with resistor box, fmu, boost gauge, oil and water feed/return line,
"check valve".
I prefer i kit which has been on a car previously so i can have some number or any misc info...
Sorry for my bad english... i was born using a suckiest language ---> FRencH!

If a guy has a kit for 800$ i might take this in consideration... saving 100$ isn't that much
but like you wrote in your thread "this hobby is supposed to be fun, not just a massive money pit "
that's exactly what i have in mind.
If you've been reading for a month you should be able to put a kit together yourself for that much. The hobby is building your own turbo kit, so why not give it a try? From your description I thought you wanted injectors and to have injectors you need an AFC and ---- like that adds up so I just assumed you wanted more than you were willing to pay for.
