People like myself buy cats and sell them to people who can melt them down or we melt them down ourselves. The only thing is there is a minimum quantity when selling them to someone who is melting them down. Most people do not have 500 cats sitting in their garage. I own a salvage business in PA so I do have these quantities and getting more never hurts.
