Needle in a haystack my friend. Casting flaw makes them all crack about the same spot(s). You can get a 7cm housing off a 16g that's less prone to cracking and will flow a little more too.

The T25 is a Garrett turbo whereas the 14b is a Mitsubishi turbo. It won't work at all. The T25's exhaust housing bolts to the bearing housing while the 14b's is a clamp on. Not to mention the turbine wheels are different sized. If dude has a good one for $20 that's a great price if it's uncracked. You may as well take the time to upgrade to a 7cm hotside or just a complete 16g. I have a 20G available I'd sell too.
