i am looking for the same thing
around here there are quite a few places but they all charge a ---- load of money.
through searching ht i found out that a hot tank dip at a machine shop should take care of what i need.
i bought some rims and they were painted black
i don't know what you need taken off the wheel, but i was told the hot tank will take of almost anything
