Smallish Turbo for a D-series

Where else can someone find this kind of turbo? I would like to build a twin turbo just for show. Doesn't need to be the perfect street sleeper. I have a D15b1 block that I like to build. Yea I'm new to this. I have a 89 EF hatch that I'm starting to build. I would be using 1 5/8" pipes for the exhaust and a 2 exhaust ports for 1 turbo. Feel free to pm me.
