Hey whats up guys, my friend and I are going to make a turbo kit for his S2000. We have a turbo off a 04 STI and we have a friend that is going to weld us a manifold. But anyways I am looking for an intercooler that will fit without having to cut up the bumper.(28x10x3.5) I also would need the piping and hardware (that might be hard to find). But if you know anyone that is good at making it or any company that sells it let me know. I also need a Vortec FMU 12:1, fuel regulator, BOV(possibly the Greddy type s), gauge pod, boost gauge, a/f gauge, and for good sakes if for some rason my friend doesnt come through with that manifold I might need one of those too! please don't use an FMU on an S2K That is too pretty a car to have shitty fuel management.

find a s2k site and see what they're doing on their cars. then come back here after you know what you need to buy it.

 

what r they using with the jackson supercharger... some ---- similar to the greddy blue box i assume... u can try that at that boost level

 

get a standalone like an aem. you spent 30k on the car why not spend 2k to keep the engine from blowing up. as for not cutting for an ic thats damn near impossible, your gonna have to cut the bumper and some metal to run charge pipes and fit the turbo.
