odb1 vtec ecu for uberdata

i need any odb1 vtec ecu for uberdata, preferably chipped already with a basemap

I got a p28 chipped I can sell although I have not been able to test it out on a car yet. I will see if I can test it and I can also create a basemap for you. Whats your set up? aim me at sleepercivic88
