I am batting around 8 for 10 with used turbos, most of them being Mitsubishi 14B's and 16G's. Of those 2 that were not working properly, only one could not be rebuilt, the other needed seals and balanced and it's still running on a civic 2 years later.
To the original poster, if you have a choice between a Mitsubishi style 14B / 16G style turbo and Mitsubishi/Garrett T25 (all from DSM's), get the mitsubishi turbo (14B / 16G), it will last you longer.

I have a great dsm t25 I'm pullin off my Del Sol cause im goin bigger. Spools at full boost by 3000 with my d16z6 sohc. I'll take 150 for it. If you want the t3 to t25 flange adapter I'll do 175 for both.
