Default IL:wtb t3 garrett .60 a/r compressor housing

looking to just upgrade the compressor housing on my garrett t3 .42/.48 50trim turbo to a .60/.48 but keep it a 50 trim. if anyone has one lying around let me know how much u want shipped.

also i dont like the ones that you need adapters for the compressor housing outlet/inlet such as the one from the ford thunderbird but let me know what you got.

Dude you got my response in the other thread confused. The .60 a/r T3 compressor housing is used with the 60 trim T3 compressor wheel. It'll be too big for your 50 trim wheel and you'll have way too much space between your inducer and inlet. You'd have to do both the T3 60 trim compressor wheel and the compressor housing. And good luck finding a .60 a/r T3 compressor housing that's push-on inlet/outlet. Just get the 60 trim T3 compressor wheel and housing and you're going to have to get it bolt-on inlet/outlet because that's the only way OEM T3 60 trims come IIRC.

oo no i didnt get it confused...i asked the wrong question i believe. after i read it i confused myself lol

how big is the space between the exducer and the inducer if i were to swap the .60 compressor on there?

ooo okay. i had gotten all the measurements down and everything but didnt take into account the fact the compressor housing was that much bigger and the wheel wouldnt reach out that far.

Thanks for the heads up. BTW how much for the .60 housing AND wheel

IDK exact measurements, but IIRC the t3 50 trim inducer is about 42mm while the t3 60 trim is ~46mm, so pretty much like a 14b vs a 16g. So needless to say if you put a compressor housing on that's made for a 60 trim wheel, your 50 trim wheel will be too small. I don't really have just the wheel and housing for sale unfortunately. I have a couple complete 60 trim T3's (63/60), but not really any random compressor sides around.

Ive got a turbonetics t3 super 60 with .60ar compressor housing and s-trim wheel. It does not have a turbine housing or shaft, so you could just throw your turbine shaft and housing in it and go. $55 shipped, heres some pics:

Im pretty new on this forum, been lurking the site for a while though. I just made my first transaction the other day and sold some flanges to ShoofIsLudin, so I guess he'd be my only vouch so far lol. Ive done plenty of buying and selling on a few other forums though.
