I have a piece of 1" thick steel that is about 3" x 5" that would work well. You would have to put the holes in it, etc.

Dan PM me or call me. I have the raw metal plate you need, of the proper thickness, good enough for 2-3 flanges. Shipping cost only for you if you like.

either you or dan pm me eventually I was trying to use it to make a flange for my speshul turbo and failed
i can ship saturdays only since i work all day
