I don't have the resources to make one myself and don't have a second car to use while I test fit stuff together... so I'm down to paying someone to make me a downpipe for my car. Here it is:

94 Civic DX SEDAN
D15b (vtec) engine
SS autocrap manifold (been rewelded and braced)
T3 turbo (off a saab or volvo, can't remember)

needs to be 2.5" in normal steel (or stainless if that's all you've got)
Downpipe will be on the powersteering side of the engine, doesn't need to clear A/C (although that would be nice in the future)
probably will need a flexpipe of some sort (you tell me where it should go)
will end at approximately the same position as the stock catalyst... will be using a high flow catalyst, so a flange there is not totally necessary since I will be using pipe expanders to get all the exhaust stuff put together temporarily.

I'm in Virginia very close to DC.

best bet is to go to a muffler shop

 

I have a nice piece of downpipe for sale t3 flanged and with a flexpipe, 2.5" all the way with a stock flange to bolt up to your piping i will take pis and show you if your truely interested at the same time PM me with a price on it shipped!
