title says y8 for a good reason.. my mexicant customer got poped by the police now he has to pass state ref i need to make his car compliant wiht the gay cali laws

ref is back 
they told the mexicant he has to get y8 headers and cat.. fool is buying on off a bone yard one of those that you dont pick the parts yourself for a staggering 220 
oh well and ref wants the big **** ugly charcoal canister too (came one 99+ cars, 98 down use the small one as far as civics go teg and other ---- switch at different year)
ref told me the vtec models only came with it.. witch is a lie there is no circuitry in the ecu to run the canister vent shut valve but if he insists ill run a wire from that valve to the loom for "visual" inspection
