so you're saying, if i take a 90lph fuel pump at 43 psi, and run 100psi out of it, my flow rate goes upwareds of 200lph?

you don't get it both ways, volume decreases with pressure

Volume will still increase with pressure. I have no idea what you're trying to accomplish. There's more of a resistance to flow with increased pressure but it will still flow more.
