I've definitely seen worse, but the material and welds look suspect on your new manifold. Did you get the low down on it before you bought it? Hopefully you did. I would have just gone with the good old solid *** 1/2" flanges and SC10 304 SS. Some people claim they crack, but only if they don't go with beveled joints and a proper design that relieves stress from near the flange areas. Some of the top manifold builders use that stuff, and I've personally seen it withstand repeated exposure to glowing hot, literally see-through, temperatures with a big heavy turbo hanging off. The true ballers use Inconel for their manifolds, but the materials alone for one of those are worth more than our little import cars lol. IDK man, hopefully it'll work for ya. Definitely a cool design.
