Default ZDYNE 1 Wire Si ECU

A friend of mine that owed me money gave me his ZDYNE ecu. Its an 89 Si ecu with the one wire Vtec program.I am wanting to sell it soon but i would like top dollar for it (thats the reason its not on the classifieds forum ).I checked the Zdyne site and since they expect a custom order, it doesnt have a set price for it and there are no listings on e-gay.I know he payed 500 bone for it.How much $ should i expect to get for this pos?

I'll swap you straight across for a chipped PM6 with datalogging, and the latest version of TurboEDIT on a reprogrammable EEPROM.

P.O.S.-(pee O es)N;-Any parts i have that is not for my integra or can be incorporated to be used on it without downgrading it. (with the exception of the combat bodykit wich has been swaped to Type R sides and front lip.Its an old avatar.)

Anyways I dont know if it is reprogramable (contact the fockers at www.zdyne.com ) All i know is how much he paid for it and its zdyne's signature one wire vtec setup so you guys can have true vtec and not have to virtually fabricate a vtec harness in your 4th gens.Sorry but some of you geniuses out there who think push button vtec works and can't figure out why you have to keep replacing engines should really check in on this.

This is what Zdyne has stamped on it:
ZDYNE, LLC
Model # D16Z6
VER. D
MFD. 04-11-01 (its been out of the car for 2 years)
S/N 510
Soooooo i guess this can be officially moved to the classifieds and $250 is my best offer so far.I would really like to take a trade but i need cash even worse so i can buy more pos.

Whooooa, hotrod.

First off, your elitist attitude needs to change. Second, no one here (that I am aware of) uses push button VTEC.

As for Zdyne's bullshit "signature" VTEC, ---- Zdyne. All they do is replicate the goddamn auto lockup solenoid output pin found on the 90-91 EX Automatics. Then they hook it, and throw some VTEC activation code at it.

Give me a ------' break kid. Your Zdyne is worth like $100, tops. No one *HERE* needs that bullshit with my, and PGMFI's, help. Soooo.. you can happily shove that ECU directly up your arrogant ***.

We were just offering up USEABLE alternatives to your electronic papaerweight.

MUAHAHAHA

Eliteness. I love it. But i wasnt trying to be arogant. im just saying i collect too much stuff like most peeps here, and i have absolutly no use for anything that i pwn that i really cant use.I look down on no one that wants to be fast and im sure 90% of the guys on this hmt could stomp a hole in my arrrss if we raced. As for push button vtec...yes i have answered a post here at hmt about "instant vtec".ZDYNE might not compare with hondata or a brand new AEM ems but it would offer a lot of peeps a nice alternative for everyday street use.Anyways like you said im too elite for my own good i guess even though im always postin stupid questions so lets just keep the h8in to a minimum, k.

go crawl back into whatever gutter you came out of. Scary boy.

This is not the reprogrammable Zdyne. It is the pre-programmed D16Z6 tune that cannot be easily tuned afterwards.

It would be comparable to a Stock P28 and a OBD0-OBD1 conversion harness. At best, I'd say it is worth $200.
