wtb or wtt sohc vtec head

hey whats up guys i need a z6 or y8 head pretty bad i have alot of parts to trade just tell me what you need or i can pay cash preferably in good shape (valve springs,seals etc.)but any head can do thanks bud

what do you need? what engine setup are you running? do you got or need a d16a6 cam?
