i cut 3 coils all around and mine rides like ***....my car bounces more than a trick hoe with big ******* running a marathon with no bra on...lol

 

I have a set of stock 88 civic LX springs, if you want to trade?

 

Since you don't seem to know too much anout cuttin', go out and do this...

Stroll down to a muffler shop and have them heat your springs til your car is dropped the way you like it. I had this done once on my high *** civic (had it dropped til the mudflaps dragged with only 2 good coils left, dude wouldn't heat any more :P), my car wasn't that bouncy, but it was still bouncy. It wasn't as bouncy as other heated and cut springs, but it was still pretty bouncy.

So yeah go out and do that, I paid 20 bucks, but I don't know how much they charge in your area. They usually charge around fifty bucks, so I wouldn't pay more than fifty. Actually i wouldn't even pay fifty, since I paid 20.

When I took them off to put on some REAL springs, the heated ones were nice and lopsided. It was almost like a u bend :P. Oh and the ride is soooo much better with the REAL springs. But it heating the springs is an option. It's alright for the money, oh and expect to feel like you're riding a see-saw when you TRY to go over speed bumps. :P

 

dude i still think its better then cut springs. iam just saying tht its pretty sad to cut the springs. still have to take them off and resemble them. with coilovers atleast u can drop it 4 inch if u like or put it back to stock. i wouldnt want coilovers but atleast they are better then cut in my opinion sorry if i offened someon by saying damn ricers
