Updated 4 Jan 2004 - Oil Tee Fittings, Drain Flange Kits, and a now the SMT-6!

The Tuner Toys product line is expanding! In addition to the "Killer Oil Fitting", we now offer the new style drain flanges for your turbo. Available in two bolt spacings, the T3/T4 style has 50.8mm spacing, and the T25 style has 44mm bolt spacing. Check below for all the great stuff we now offer!

As with all our sales on HMT, a dollar is donated to Jeff and HMT for each flange kit sold. We'll list each purchaser's name at the end of this post.

T3/T4 Oil Drain Flange Kit

The T3/T4 Style flange fits most oil drains with a 50.8mm bolt spacing. Examples of these turbos are the Garrett T3/4/4S & GT32/35/37/40 Turbochargers. Included hardware includes M8-1.25 Socket Head screws (which exceed Grade 8 Specifications), and lock washers. Gaskets are sourced from approved Garrett distributors.

Flanges are $14.99 each, plus shipping of $3.85 to the lower 48 states ($18.84 Total). Mounting hardware and gasket are included.

Our flanges are CNC machined from 7075 Series Aluminum, which is 10-15% stronger than 6061 Series. Each kit contains the flange, gasket, and hardware. We accept Visa/MC, Paypal, Checks, and Money Orders.

Oil Take Off Fittings

TunerToys offers a great solution for getting oil for your turbo. Our tee fitting has the correct BSP and NPT threads in the proper locations, which means no more cramming a NPT fitting into your BSP threaded oil port, or having to use a BSP to NPT adapter.

This one fitting has the correct BSP male thread for installing the fitting into the oil pressure port. On the opposite end, there are female BSP threads for re-installing your pressure sensor. On the side there is a take off port for oiling your turbo, threaded 1/8th NPT female. That's right, both NPT and BSP threads on one tee, no need to use a BSP to NPT adapter. Less fittings means lower cost, and fewer opportunities for breakage.

If you want to purchase an entire oil line kit for your turbo, check out Stealthmode's kit elsewhere on this forum! His kit is excellent quality, and uses our fitting for the oil take off. We use Stealthmode's Oil Line kit on our own project cars!

This is the best solution we have found for supplying oil to your turbo or gauges. We donated one of these to HMT, and were glad to hear that Jeff liked it enough to use it on his B20 Block.

Mine's on its way but seeing I live way the hell over in Canada it is going to take a few days. Oh well it will be worth the wait cause I could not find anything in 1/8 bsp thread.
