unknown history does not mean "all bolts broken, and all bolts that arent, are rusted to ----" either way, a paypal claim has been filed, and he'll most likely get his money back if ososlow doesnt refund him.

its the seller's responsibility to disclose any and all problems with what they are selling.

I think it's not a matter for Paypal though and again you guys are all bias anyway lol. Paypal takes forever anyway, and nobody got scammed. I know there's a little loophole "item isn't as described" you can go through, but that's where the question lies in this case. The guy needed to sell his turbo, so is it really his responsibility to outright say the turbo is probably fucked to run and go into detail, or just hint at it? I say no because we've all sold stuff and withheld little "surprises" like a few more dented intercooler fins or whatever. IDK just my $0.02 lol. I'm done.
