I think Dustin should lock this For Sale post until Marcus is taken care of. As far as I am concerned if the kid can't be bothered to settle the claim, he IS a scammer.

Dude, it's your responsiblity as a seller to get that product to his door.
If UPS lost it, it's still your deal.
You'd expect the SAME from any vendor.
UPS pays you for the loss, not the buyer anyway - and it's your responsiblity to insure it.
As you shipped it with UPS, it comes with $100 of insurance any way.
Have you filed a claim? Give this buy back his money.
