no rust, there's like surface rust cause the primer didnt stick and bare metal was exposed def, easy fixin

Settle down, if you wanted the car that bad you'd go and pick it up anyways - like I'm going to do. That's usually the buyer's job anyways, to go pick up the car. That is unless you're going to pay for gas and their time to deliver.

I figured I could trust an HMT member...what's up with this? :3

The driver side rocker panel doesn't look much better. I didn't figure it would leak oil and coolant either, even though I suspected it might burn some oil (which it does).

So did you not honestly know about those things or did you just expect me to drive it home 585 miles and not care? Did you even believe it would make it 585 miles leaking/burning as much oil as it does? What about the coolant? It's pretty obvious you knew about that because of the goop all over the radiator.

I'm not trying to be a prick, but damn....I thought people on HMT were atleast somewhat honest to each other....or did you just happen to miss the fact that half of each quarter panel is missing? I don't even really care that it burns and leaks ----, I didn't buy it to be a reliable or fast car, I bought it to be a good recipient for parts off of my other CRX due to the body and frame damage to it....but now it's pretty apparent that I'll probably be better off fixing the red one.

i had no idea it leaked coolant and oil at all. ??? but like i told you when you bought the car i have never had it on the interstate. and i only drove it around town. 35-45 mph. and it never leaked oil or coolant. i drove it back and forth to work for a month with it not leaking anything. only thing i can think of is when i first got it i used 10-40 oil with first oil change. when you said you were buying it i did a nother oil change but since it was winter i used 5-30, maybe it was just too thin. not to mention i put brand new 2 step plugs in it. so with the oil change and new plugs i feel i did my duty to get it ready for the trip. and put newer tires on it. as for the jb weld it was there when i bought it. its there on the radiator in this pics i posted before so i assumed you know it was there

as for the rust i didnt know it was there all i did was inspect the car from the outside. and there is no rust on the outside, and i posted pics to prove it. i never went undernieth the car with a fine tooth comb and inspected every nook and cranny. i'm sorry that you thought you were getting a perfect condition fully restored swaped turbocharged crx for $1000. i told you all the problems i knew about the car.

I wasn't looking for a perfect restored car, but when you say there's no rust on the entire car....it would lead me to believe...that...well....

I'm not trying to talk ----, point fingers, sling mud - whatever. I'm just a little irritated that I spent the last 24 hours in a car to get something that didn't quite live up to expectations.

I appreciate the oil change and the plugs, even though most of the oil you put in there is on the bottom of the car, on I-80 East, and some in my driveway. I know you meant well, atleast I'd like to think that you did.

I'm not gonna bitch about it anymore, I haven't slept in quite awhile and I felt like getting that off my chest.

the dip stick kinda reads weird you gotta puch it in till it "clicks". maybe that is why its reading low. i'm telling you it never leaked in my posestion. and i never knew aboout the rust and i dont want any problem with anybody on hmt. and i dont want to be known as a liar becouse i'm not. i can honestly say i had no idea that was there. but when i look at is from the out side i saw no rust so i just assumed there was no rust anywhere else. usually if the rear quarters are good on a honda the there is no rust problem anywhere else. but like i said i never went under the car and searched for it.

i did everything i could to prepair the car for the trip and make the transation as smoth as possible. even though you found the problem on the car that i didnt know was there
