crazy...I was gonna buy all this stuff before you did....but when I signed on to go to pay him he emailed me and said someone already paid him that same morning. Good Luck! he said he put down something like 156hp@ 6psi on the A6.

Well, with paypal they can retract the funds. File with paypal a complaint saying you never recieved the item. Paypal has beefed up there security since Ebay bought them, chances are they will likely be able to track him down.
